Please review our service policies before booking an appointment with Kamu Kustomz.

Deposit Policy

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to book and schedule your appointment.
  • The deposit is deducted from your final balance.
  • Deposits are accepted via credit/debit card through our secure online booking system.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
  • If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours notice.
  • Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.
  • Your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

Pricing Policy

  • Prices vary based on the year, make, and model of your vehicle.
  • Quotes provided are estimates; final pricing is confirmed after vehicle inspection.
  • Bundle packages are available for multiple services at discounted rates.

Service Time Policy

  • Service times vary depending on the make, model, and complexity of the service.
  • We will provide an estimated completion time when you book.
  • Complex services may require the vehicle to be left overnight.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is due upon completion of service.
  • We accept Cash and Zelle for final payment.
  • Credit/debit cards are accepted for deposits only.

Vehicle Pickup & Drop-off Policy

  • Pickup and drop-off services are available.
  • Accurate address and access information must be provided.
  • Additional fees may apply for pickup/drop-off based on distance.

Warranty Policy

  • Window tinting comes with a manufacturer warranty against bubbling and peeling.
  • Starlight headliners include a workmanship warranty.
  • Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of service.
