Terms of Service

1. Appointments & Deposits

• All services are by appointment only.
• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• The deposit will be deducted from the final balance.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

3. Pricing

• Final pricing is based on the year, make, and model of your vehicle.
• Service times and complexity may affect final pricing.
• Bundle discounts are available — inquire for details.

4. Payment

• We accept Cash and Zelle for final payment.
• Credit/debit cards accepted for deposits through our online booking system.
• Full payment is due upon completion of service.

5. Vehicle Pickup & Drop-off

• Pickup and drop-off services are available upon request.
• Customer must provide accurate address and access information (gate codes, parking instructions, etc.).
• Kamu Kustomz is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

6. Liability

• Kamu Kustomz takes reasonable care with all vehicles but is not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions.
• Customers are advised to remove all valuables before service.

7. Changes to Terms

Kamu Kustomz reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
