Terms of Service

Appointments are confirmed once you complete the booking flow and any required deposit has been received. Time slots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule a booking if the requested service cannot be safely or reliably performed on the vehicle described.

Some services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your slot and cover materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.

Pricing shown on the site is a starting estimate. Final pricing may vary based on the condition of the vehicle, complexity of the requested customization, and any additional materials needed. We will discuss and confirm any price changes before beginning additional work.

We accept cash, Zelle, and card payments processed securely through Stripe. Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension of services until resolved.

You may reschedule an appointment at no charge if you give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit any deposit paid. No-shows will forfeit the full deposit. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment, or other circumstances outside of our control, in which case any deposit will be honored toward a future booking.

You are responsible for delivering the vehicle to the agreed-upon location at the scheduled time and for picking it up promptly when work is complete. Personal belongings should be removed before drop-off; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Vehicles left more than 7 days after completion without prior arrangement may incur a reasonable storage fee.

We take pride in the quality of our work. Where applicable, manufacturer warranties on materials (such as wraps or films) are passed through to you under their original terms. Workmanship is guaranteed against defects in installation for the period agreed upon at the time of service.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, abrasive cleaning, automated car washes, improper care, modifications by third parties, or normal wear and tear.

If you supply your own materials (such as wraps, lights, or parts), we cannot guarantee compatibility, finish, or longevity, and any related warranty is limited to installation workmanship only. We reserve the right to decline installation of materials we believe are unsafe or of insufficient quality.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kamu Kustomz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

All content on this website, including logos, photography, text, and design elements, is owned by Kamu Kustomz or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without our written permission. Photos of completed builds may be used by us for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing before service.

When using our website you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent booking information.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
• Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the site.
• Use the site to violate any law or third-party right.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you agree to that jurisdiction and venue.
